Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Labeling Product Leader to develop and oversee worldwide regulatory labeling activities. This role involves leading the development, revision, and maintenance of product labeling, ensuring compliance with global regulations, and contributing to the global labeling strategy. The position requires collaboration with external partners, continuous process improvement, and managing complex projects within a matrix environment.

Qualifications: Bachelor\’s degree in a scientific discipline (advanced degrees preferred), at least 8 years of professional experience, including 6 years in regulatory labeling, knowledge of pharmaceutical development, and excellent communication skills. Experience leading projects and working with document management systems is also required.

This role is hybrid and based in High Wycombe, UK, with remote work options considered.
