The business is seeking an ambitious divisional head to help grow Central\’s data collection services, expand our client base in the UK and USA, and support career growth. Overview The core responsibilities include managing our quantitative data collection services, utilizing your project management experience to cost projects, oversee deadlines, and deliver projects on budget and to specification. Character We are looking for an organized, outgoing, client-facing manager who is passionate about data, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering an excellent client experience. Ideally, you will have experience in the quantitative market research industry. Responsibilities Lead and manage a small fieldwork team Shape the division\’s future strategy, focusing on tech developments and operational efficiencies Manage the end-to-end data processing workflow via outsource partners Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data collected and processed, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process Conduct client reviews 25 days annual leave (plus public holidays) Structured learning and development program Company pension scheme Health Cash Plan Free parking at Yorkshire office location All applicants should have proof of eligibility to work in the UK for this full-time, permanent position.
