Senior Administrator

Roselands Resourcing is proud to be working with a well established company based in Eastbourne who are looking to recruit a full time Senior Administrator to join their team. Please note this role is based onsite in Eastbourne 5 days per week. The Role: As a Senior Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of the daily operations making sure everything runs efficiently and on time. Whether it’s managing communications, organising meetings, keeping records in order, or providing general support, your role will be essential to the success of the team. Key Responsibilities of Senior Administrator: * Provide administrative support to teams and management * Manage emails, phone calls, and other communications * Schedule appointments, meetings, and events * Maintain and update files, records, and databases * Assist with document preparation, reports, and presentations * Ensure pricing is correct before sending quotes to customers * Looking after health and safety records, ensuring all up to date * Perform general office duties to support the smooth operation of the business What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience in an administrative role * Strong organisational skills * Excellent written and verbal communication * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) * High attention to detail * Someone who is willing to work 5 days per week onsite in Eastbourne, East Sussex Benefits: * 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) * Company pension scheme * Profit related bonus * Enhanced Maternity and Paternity pay after a qualifying period * Occupational sick pay after a qualifying period * Life assurance scheme
