Located at on the sea front at the iconic Brighton i360, this new bar is all about sun, sea, service, and unforgettable energy – and our hosts will set the tone from the moment guests arrive. WHAT YOU\’LL BE DOING Greeting every guest like they’re the most important person in the room (because they are) Managing waitlists, walk-ins, and reservations with calm confidence Keeping the flow moving and the vibes high – especially when the place is packed Communicating clearly with floor staff, bartenders, and managers to keep things smooth Acting as the friendly face and helpful guide for anyone who steps through the door WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Natural warmth, charm, and confidence – this is a front-facing role and you’ll own it Organised, cool under pressure, and always one step ahead Flexible and adaptable – evenings, weekends, and busy beach days are your time to shine Previous host or hospitality experience is great, but attitude is everything WHAT YOU’LL GET Sea breeze shifts + epic sunsets – every week £13.50 + Service charge Real progression – Nightcap is all about growing great people Discounts, perks and more A supportive crew, vibrant atmosphere, and a culture that values your voice & ideas
