As a Family and Immigration Solicitor, you will handle a varied caseload of both family law and immigration matters, representing clients with professionalism and care. You will work on a range of family law issues, including divorce, child arrangements, and domestic abuse, alongside immigration matters such as visas, asylum, and nationality applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a mixed caseload of family law and immigration matters, providing advice and representation to clients.
- Family Law: Advise on divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, domestic abuse, and related family law issues.
- Immigration Law: Assist clients with visa applications, asylum claims, appeals, and citizenship matters.
- Provide clear, practical, and timely legal advice to clients in both areas of law.
- Draft legal documents such as applications, petitions, letters, and court forms.
