Director, Technology and Transformation

Being part of the leadership team, the Consulting Director plays a critical and prominent role in our mission to positively transform Financial Services, for the benefit of our clients and their customers. Responsibilities as Director of Technology and Transformation: * Lead a talented team, influence strategic direction, and deliver real value to some of the industry\’s most respected organisations * Define and deliver the strategy and annual plan for consulting, aligning to overall business strategy * Take responsibility for the revenue target, utilisation of team members, and costs * Deliver work for our Financial Services clients, predominantly technical advisory for C-suite customers * Build a strong network of clients and drive sales of consulting services, in conjunction with business and delivery consulting colleagues * Shape client engagements, accurately estimating and pricing team effort * Oversee all assignments involving the team and ensure work is delivered to time and cost * Develop consulting techniques and artefacts and ensure that these are capitalised on * Provide thought leadership on technology trends that relate to our business domains and support related marketing activity * Represent the business at events and in the media * Identify staffing needs and manage recruitment, training and development for the team * Play an active role in the business leadership team, driving the business forwards * Coordinate with the wider business, delivering work, supporting sales and promoting the business and our ways of working internally Experience required for the Director of Technology and Transformation: * Over 10 years of solid corporate financial services experience and background in Technology and Transformation is essential * Proactive and innovative thinker with the ability to develop tailored solutions to complex challenges in dynamic environments * Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a strong aptitude for navigating ambiguity and adapting to change * Positive, client-focused attitude with strong commercial acumen and outstanding interpersonal skills * Committed to continuous learning and personal growth * Demonstrated success in leading and managing high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results * Passionate about building inclusive, collaborative teams and fostering a supportive work culture * Deeply committed to ethical standards, integrity, and consistently doing what’s right If you want to help solve some of the biggest tech and transformational challenges around, join us.
