Job Title: Part 2 Architectural Assistant Location: Barkshire Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 Aztrum is thrilled to be working with a respected and long-established RIBA Chartered architectural practice based in Berkshire. With over 35 years of experience, this practice delivers outstanding work across residential, educational, healthcare, and commercial sectors. Their diverse portfolio includes private homes, independent schools, performing arts centres, and healthcare facilities. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a motivated and ambitious Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their collaborative team. Key responsibilities for the Part 2 Architectural Assistant: Aid in the development of detailed design and drawings of concepts. Producing 3D models, renders, and visualisations to a high quality. Prepare planning applications and other regulatory submissions. Work alongside the design team to ensure project needs are met and on time. Engage in client meetings, site meetings and project reviews. Key requirements for the Part 2 Architectural Assistant: A degree in Architecture (RIBA Part 2 or equivalent). Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Strong understanding of UK building regulations and planning policies. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
