Production Supervisor

We’re recruiting for an experienced Production Supervisor to join a well-established operation in Salisbury, overseeing a team within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, leads by example, and knows how to get the best from a team. You\’ll be responsible for managing daily workflow, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring operations run smoothly and safely. What you’ll be doing Leading a team of production operatives, ensuring targets are met efficiently and safely Coaching, developing, and motivating individuals to support team success Monitoring equipment and coordinating basic maintenance where needed Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant working environment Working cross-functionally to help resolve issues and streamline operations Capturing and reporting key production metrics including output and downtime Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance What we’re looking for Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production-based role A natural leader who’s confident in setting expectations and supporting their team Well-organised and able to manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset A keen eye for quality, safety, and efficiency What’s in it for you Day shifts, Monday to Friday – no weekends Relaxed dress code and a supportive team culture Free on-site parking
