Inplace Personnel are on the hunt for new talent to join their existing successful team within Mansfield. With a great track record of developing and supporting our teams over a number of years, we are now on the lookout for an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant to help drive us further forward. This role is specifically designed to train and develop your existing skills as you embark on a new career path within the exciting fast-paced Recruitment Industry. We will support you through formal qualifications within Recruitment whilst you learn 'on the job' all the different facets of Recruitment and Resourcing.

We specialise in the supply of both temporary and permanent labour to the following sectors:

  • Industrial
  • Commercial

We want to hear from confident, target driven individuals willing to learn and perform well in recruitment sales and are happy to be challenged in an ever-changing market. We're looking for huge amounts of enthusiasm, drive, ambition with a total commitment to succeed. The role offered is not for the faint of heart and would of course involve plenty of telephone and face-to-face work as well as establishing and building relationships with candidates and clients. You will be provided all the required tools to succeed, as well as ongoing support and development. We don't believe in micro-management, and we are happy to work with you to develop a bespoke method of working to best suit your style.
