Head of Engineering Circa £80,000 + car allowance + bonus Are you an experienced Head of Engineering with a strong background in FMCG manufacturing? Do you have a passion for driving maintenance excellence and enhancing operational performance? We’re looking for a dynamic Engineering Manager to shape and execute a robust maintenance strategy while overseeing key capital investment projects. In this role, you’ll lead a team of multi-disciplined engineers, fostering a collaborative culture that drives efficiency and continuous improvement. As a key leader in the business, you’ll manage both day-to-day engineering operations and longer-term CAPEX initiatives, ensuring investments align with business objectives and deliver tangible improvements. You’ll need to be both strategic and hands-on, capable of inspiring your team while rolling up your sleeves when necessary. We are seeking someone with a strong track record in FMCG, food, or drink manufacturing, with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production lines, implementing preventative maintenance strategies, and leading CAPEX projects from conception through to execution. Your ability to drive change, optimize processes, and deliver capital investment projects that enhance site performance will be critical to your success in this role.
