Atkinson Moss are delighted to be supporting their city centre-based client in search of an Administration Assistant. This is a wonderful opportunity working in a professional setting to provide administration support to the wider business in a variety of areas.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- General admin including letters, meeting minutes, reports and invoicing
- Dealing with daily post
- Handling incoming calls as required
- Organising meetings including room prep, diary management of meeting rooms, issuing parking permits
- Booking and organising travel arrangements
- Ensuring all systems and information contained within are up to date and correct
- Supporting with events and maintaining a professional working environment
- Assisting with compliance and HMRC submissions
Your experience should cover customer service in a face to face environment, administration, working within a team as well as on your own initiative along with being computer literate.
This is a full-time (37.5hrs), permanent position based in Norwich offering a salary of £23,809.50.
