About our client: Our client is a fast growing Italian grab-and-go concept that is setting the standards for its flavourful offerings, outstanding customer service, and inventive menu selections. They are currently in search of a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join their team as Store Manager and be part of the growth. They offer a fantastic career opportunity and the chance to take part in their fantastic project as they are set to open 30 more stores within the next two years!

Responsibilities of the Store Manager:

  • Inspire and lead the team by exemplifying a standard of excellence.
  • Cultivate a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and mutual respect.
  • Handle performance management and implement disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Organize team meetings to celebrate successes and address challenges.
  • Ensure each customer feels valued and satisfied.
  • Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Monitor and reduce operational costs, such as COGS and labour.
  • Analyse sales data to optimise staff schedules for cost management.
  • Ensure food and beverages meet high-quality standards.

About the Store Manager:

  • Previous experience with Italian produce.
  • Very detail oriented and highly energetic.
  • Proven experience as an Assistant Manager for at least 2 years.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of business financials.
