Responsibilities of the Store Manager – Monday to Friday!: Inspire and lead the team by exemplifying a standard of excellence. Organize team meetings to celebrate successes and address challenges. Ensure each customer feels valued and satisfied. Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and forecasting. About the Store Manager – Monday to Friday!: Previous experience with Italian produce. Very detail oriented and highly energetic. Proven experience as an Assistant Manager for at least 2 years.
