Site Manager – High End Residential REF: SM1 Location: EC2N, Broad Street, Greater London Professional & Technical Falcon Green is currently working with a specialist high-end contractor seeking a Site Manager to join their team. We are looking for Site Managers with around 5-7 years of management experience. Ideal candidates will have a background in high-end joinery or carpentry. It is essential that you have experience in high-end hotel or residential projects to be considered for this role. Responsibilities: Ensuring the project is delivered safely Acting as the point of contact for clients, sub-contractors, and the public Achieving programme deadlines Managing sub-contractors Ensuring all works meet the highest standards of quality Ensuring sufficient resources are in place while maintaining the budget for successful project completion Managing project completion and handover to the client Please apply for more details.
