Falcon Green are currently working with a specialist high end contractor who are seeking a Site Manager to join their team. We are seeking Site Managers with around 5-7 years management. I deal candidates will come from a high-end joinery or carpentry background. It is essential that you have high end Hotel OR Residential project experience to be considered for a role.

Site Manager:

Ensuring project is delivered safely through
Point of contact for Client, Sub-Contractors and Public
Ensure programme deadlines are achieved
Managing sub-contractors
Ensure that all works are carried out to the highest standards of quality
Ensuring sufficient resources are in place; while maintaining budget for successful completion of the project
Managing completion and handover to the client
