This includes evaluating new business concepts and product ideas, conducting research and market intelligence related to the industry and competitors, performing analysis, scenario modeling, and developing data-driven recommendations to spearhead growth and identify new opportunities for the firm. Responsibilities: Generating ideas for new products and positioning Evaluating new business and product ideas, developing data-driven recommendations to drive growth Collaborating with investment, fundraising, marketing, legal, tax, and fund operations teams on product initiatives, and liaising with senior stakeholders Researching industry and competitor trends to inform product development Performing financial analyses to support business decisions Driving strategic partnership proposals with investors leveraging the firm’s capabilities Candidate Profile: 8+ years of experience in financial services, focusing on private markets and alternative asset management Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across departments Undergraduate degree; CFA, CAIA, MBA, or CPA preferred Strong research, analytical, and quantitative skills Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills; proficiency in PowerPoint Experience with private funds and investment management industry knowledge Ability to handle high workload with tight deadlines and ad-hoc requests Strong work ethic and intellectual curiosity Team player with a proactive attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr
