Job Description PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE Endeavour Mining presents a unique opportunity to join its Strategy & Business Development team. Reporting to the EVP – Strategy & Business Development, the role will focus on M&A, corporate finance and strategic planning. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES M&A Participation in origination, sourcing, screening and prioritization of opportunities Assessment of acquisition and investment opportunities Execution of transactions: due diligence, valuation, documentation Project management of asset disposal processes, including process preparation (sell-side financial model, dataroom, infomemo) and management of sale process. Strategic planning & financial modelling Core member of team running the group-wide strategic planning process Analysis of potential organic growth and business improvement opportunities from both a financial and strategic perspective Collaboration with mine sites and technical teams to challenge and prioritize strategic priorities Preparation of presentation materials and model outputs for senior management and the board Management of the company’s corporate financial model.
