Be part of something extraordinary – Lead the launch of ‘Young Futures’ in Bristol! After the incredible success of our pioneering ‘Futures’ provision on the South Coast in 2021, we’ve gone from strength to strength – empowering young people as they take confident steps toward adulthood. Now, we’re bringing that same energy, innovation, and learner-led spirit to Bristol with the launch of our brand-new ‘Young Futures’ 16–18 programme – and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Futures Manager to lead the way!

‘Young Futures’ offers tailored, life-changing support for young people with autism and additional learning needs as they navigate one of the most important stages in their lives. Based in Brislington, our new provision will focus on five powerful pillars of development:

  • Employment pathways
  • Achieving GCSEs in Maths and English
  • Independent living skills
  • Community inclusion
  • Health and wellbeing

As the Futures Manager, you’ll be at the heart of a dynamic, learner-led environment – helping young people unlock their potential, gain confidence, and thrive. A day in the life of a Futures Manager would include:

  • Leading and inspiring a brand-new programme
  • Driving success across all areas of the Preparation for Adulthood outcomes
  • Ensuring high-quality, compliant, and innovative service delivery
  • Building meaningful connections with learners, families, local authorities, and healthcare partners
  • Championing a safe, inclusive, and forward-thinking learning space
  • Supporting overnight independent living experiences
  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary therapy team to enhance learner outcomes
  • Managing the department budget with care and confidence

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven leadership experience in a SEND setting (preferably post-16)
  • Confidence in navigating contracts, referrals, and strategic partnerships
  • A strong grasp of Ofsted and ESFA frameworks and compliance
