About The Client

With a growing pipeline of projects throughout the South of England and the Channel Islands, they are looking to expand their dynamic team with an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager.
The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of mechanical or electrical projects from cradle to grave. You will lead site teams and manage resources to ensure delivery is on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial projects across the South of England and Channel Islands
- Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle: planning, coordination, delivery, and handover
- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Manage financial aspects including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Ensure quality assurance procedures are adhered to throughout the project
Requirements
- Recognised qualification in Project Management: Prince2, APM, PMP certification.
- City and Guilds or NVQ Level 4 or higher in a relevant FM, Construction or Engineering discipline.
- IOSH certifications
Desirable (all must be valid and in-date):
- Bachelor’s degree in project or business management or related areas of study.
- Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
- NEBOSH certification.
- CITB SMSTS certification.
- CSCS Black Card Holder.
- CMI Level 5 in Management & Leadership.
- Training in CDM2015 and Building Safety Act regulations.
- Willingness to travel across the South of England and the Channel Islands as required
- Full UK driving licence
