Are you a detail-oriented project manager with a passion for safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction? We are looking for a Recall Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dunton for a 7-month contract. This high-profile role is critical in launching and managing Field Service Actions across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop cost-effective dealer repair strategies for vehicle concerns.
- Create and manage Dealer Bulletins, Service Instructions, and Customer Letters.
- Set up affected vehicle populations in PTS, GRID, and GCAMP systems.
- Collaborate closely with the Office of General Counsel and translation agencies.
- Liaise with Market Surveillance Authorities and regulatory bodies across Europe.
- Coordinate with National Sales Companies, Global Offices, and Supply Chain Management.
- Work with Public Affairs, Customer Experience Teams, and Customer Contact Centres.
- Participate in the Government Enquiry Review Committee and Critical Concern Review Group.
- Provide recall status updates and present to senior management teams.
- Manage customer letter distribution through mailing agencies.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements and maintain accurate departmental records.
