About the Role: We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic Warranty, Service and Overhaul Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong technical background in manufacturing or engineering who thrives on solving problems and delivering top-tier support to customers post-dispatch. You'll play a vital role in diagnosing issues, providing remote and on-site assistance, and ensuring that our products continue to meet high standards of performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via email, phone, and Teams meetings
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems; perform necessary repairs
- Investigate returned products to identify root causes and improvement opportunities
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams to resolve recurring issues
- Manage and process warranty claims in a timely and effective manner
- Proactively communicate updates and solutions to customers
- Oversee spare parts inventory and order replacements when needed
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with internal and industry standards
- Occasionally provide on-site support and customer visits
