Town Planner Duties
- Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals
- Conduct site appraisals and planning research
- Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to planning strategy development for various schemes
- Support the team with planning policy reviews and development plan monitoring
Town Planner Requirements
- A relevant degree in Town Planning or similar (RTPI Accredited)
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented attitude with good time management skills
- A team player eager to learn and contribute
- Full UK driving license
