Our clients are looking for a driven individual to join a successful branch as an Assistant Lettings Manager. If you are someone who can see yourself thriving on delivering exceptional service and finding your client that dream home while building a strong platform for your future career, this is the role for you.
Applications will be considered from existing Senior Lettings negotiators seeking the next step up in their career, or any lettings professional with experience of taking on property listings.
Duties:
- The ideal candidate will be extremely motivated and career driven, with experience in the current rental market.
- Grow volume of new lettings business and income production to the branch.
- Support the Lettings Manager with directing and leading the operations of the Lettings team.
- Appraisal and instruction of residential rental properties.
- Accountable for quality of customer care.
- Meet and exceed targets for lettings business.
- Arrange and conduct viewing appointments and secure property lets.
- Work in accordance with all legal obligations without exception.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of available properties.
- Support and manage the overall success of the Lettings team.
Skills required:
- Prior experience working as a Senior Lettings Consultant or Assistant Manager, with a proven track record in securing new business.
- Listing & valuation experience.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- High level of customer service skills.
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
- Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed.
- Be responsive to change.
- A full UK driving license.
