We are working with an education provider in Lancashire who are looking for an Electrical Engineering Instructor to join their engineering training team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a position at a longstanding and reputable training and education provider, who have a specialism in engineering skills.

The job role would consist of you delivering Electrical Engineering and Electrical Maintenance training to level 2/3 learners at the training provider's main centre in Lancashire. The majority of the delivery would be hands-on practical sessions in their electrical workshop, although there would be a little bit of classroom teaching as well.

The starting salary for this position is between £29,000 and £32,500 per annum, which would also include a contributory pension, and 35 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays, increasing by an extra day for each year of service).

To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:

  • A qualification in Electrical Engineering (at level 3)
  • Good hands-on Electrical Engineering/Electrical Maintenance skills
  • A desire to pass on your engineering knowledge

This role will involve work with under 18's or vulnerable adults. Any appointment will be made subject to strict vetting and screening checks and receipt of a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
