Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting Room and Event Services: Take ownership of the on-site meeting room and events services, ensuring that all meetings run seamlessly and exceed expectations.
  • Record Management: Create, maintain, and archive regional facilities records to ensure all documentation is accurate and accessible.
  • Safety Champion: Serve as the safety champion for two sites, ensuring compliance with the record retention policy and safety policies.
  • Financial Record Keeping: Create and maintain financial records, process invoices, and oversee stock records to support efficient financial management.
  • Sales Record Compilation: Compile and process sales records and transactions to maintain up-to-date financial information.
  • Stock Ordering and Management: Order supplies and maintain stock levels across two sites, ensuring that necessary resources are always available.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using management systems.
