The Company
Our clients are specialists in the Process Sector; due to growth they are looking for a Production Supervisor.
The Role
- Support delivery of a safe working environment delivering zero accidents in Production.
- Compliance to GMP, data integrity, quality management system, right first time and quality on documentation.
- Will ensure orders to be delivered on time in full.
- Ensure that you have the skills and resources in place to achieve delivery in line with budget.
- Maintain and develop skills and identify gaps which could be a risk to the business.
- SOP generation, commissioning support, training and development.
- You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the production process ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, on time and within budget.
- Duties to include planning production schedules, managing resources (personnel, materials, equipment) and maintaining quality standards.
The Person
- Sterile/Cleanroom environment experience is preferred.
- Supervisory experience is essential.
- Ideally you will have experience in pharmaceutical, process or chemical sector.
- Experience within a GMP environment.
- Understanding of ISO9001.
- Ownership and accountability.
- Problem solving ability.
- Show good attention to detail.
- 'Can do' attitude.
- Lean manufacturing qualification (desirable).
- Experience of leading and implementing CI programmes would be an advantage.
- Ability to create strong cross functional teams.
- Ability to show initiative in solving problems and identifying improvements.
- Understanding and application of QMS processes, tools and techniques.
- Happy to work day shift.
