Our Client is building smart, AI-driven tools. They are now looking for a high-energy, performance-driven Digital Marketing Expert to help scale their SaaS product with a strong presence in our Leeds office. This is a hybrid role, but we believe in the energy and collaboration of working together β so weβre office-first, especially during the onboarding period and key campaign cycles.
What Youβll Do
- Own and lead all performance marketing across paid and organic channels
- Create, launch, and scale campaigns via Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta and others
- Optimise landing pages, funnels, and CTAs to maximise conversions
- Manage and track budgets, performance, and ROI
- Monitor and analyse performance using GA4, Looker Studio, and Hotjar
- Work closely with content, product, and sales to align campaigns with business goals
- Run A/B tests, drive experiments, and report results weekly
- Act fast, iterate, and scale what works
What You Bring
- 3β5+ years in digital performance marketing, ideally in SaaS or B2B tech
- Track record of delivering leads and conversions through paid media
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads
- Comfortable building and testing landing pages with CRO in mind
- Data-led mindset and sharp attention to performance insights
- Based in or near Leeds β able to work regularly from our office
- Proactive, positive, and excited to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
