Caralex Recruitment Limited have been asked to recruit a Commercial Manager for a well-regarded housebuilder based in Buckinghamshire. The role will entail overseeing several sites commercially and reporting accurately to the Commercial Director.

The day-to-day work will include:

  • Setting and monitoring budgets.
  • Agree contracts with Sub-Contractors and Suppliers.
  • Cost-reporting.
  • Agreeing monthly valuations and variations with Sub-Contractors.
  • Monitor performance of Sub-Contractors and Suppliers to ensure high standards.
  • Managing Quantity Surveyors and the contracts on site.
