Approach Personnel are partnered with an industry leading Main Contractor who specialise in New Build / Affordable housing, who are currently on the lookout for a Project Manager.

As a Project Manager, you will be in charge of looking over the project, ensuring that all sub-contractors are working in a timely manner and ensuring quality control across the site.

What are we looking for?

  • We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Senior Site Manager with a strong background in New Build / Affordable Housing.
  • A background in Trades
  • Ideally, A level 7 NVQ in Construction Management
  • Ideally, A background in Timber Frames

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project objectives and deliverables aligned with stakeholder and contract requirements
  • Overseeing all works taking place on site and ensuring that all works are being completed in line with health & safety and quality.
  • Working with the Commercial team to manage budgets, cost plans and forecasts
  • Lead regular site and project review meetings, managing risks, delays, and performance issues.
