About the Role
We are seeking an Administrator to join our team, the facility is based about 2 miles from Wick, Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing company, providing exceptional service and administrative support to a diverse client base.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client accounts within engineering & manufacturing sectors
- Coordinate engineers' site visits and prepare client documentation
- Process technical reports, customer requests, and sales orders
- Maintain and update CRM records and technical documentation
- Liaise with production, logistics, and engineering teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Handle incoming client communications (calls, emails, in-person queries)
- Generate and act on daily performance and service reports

- Strong admin background, ideally within a technical or service-led industry
- Confident using MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
