Are you a dynamic, target-driven professional with a passion for building strong business relationships and driving impactful skills development? We are looking for two ambitious Business Sales Managers to join our team and play a key role in expanding our apprenticeship, adult skills, and employer engagement provision.
In this exciting role, you will generate new business opportunities, convert leads into long-term partnerships, and promote a wide range of the college's training and development services. Working closely with the Business Development Managers and wider team, you'll engage proactively with employers to understand their workforce needs and deliver tailored solutions that support business growth and skills development.
You'll be a visible ambassador for the college, representing us at networking events, industry shows, and employer forums. You'll also collaborate with curriculum teams to shape employer-led training solutions, negotiate contracts, and deliver persuasive presentations showcasing the college's value.
You'll have a strong background in B2B sales or business development, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in workforce development and skills.
