Hairdressing & Barbering Coach   On-site | Taunton 30 hours per week (Monday – Friday) Up to £32,000 per annum (pro-rata) Delivering Level 2 & 3 Hairdressing and Barbering Apprenticeships Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation of hairdressers and barbers? Do you have experience in the hair industry and enjoy supporting others to succeed? We’re working with a leading apprenticeship provider who is looking to appoint a Hairdressing and Barbering Coach to join their team in Taunton. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your industry experience into a rewarding teaching and mentoring role. What you’ll be doing: Delivering high-quality, engaging Level 2 & 3 Hairdressing and Barbering apprenticeship training on-site in Taunton Supporting and guiding learners through their apprenticeship journey from enrolment to EPA Delivering practical sessions, providing feedback and assessment in line with qualification requirements Ensuring learners remain on track and motivated throughout their programme What we’re looking for: Industry experience in Hairdressing and/or Barbering Level 3 qualification in Hairdressing/Barbering (or equivalent) An assessor qualification (e.g. TAQA, A1, D32/33) or willingness to work towards one Strong communication and mentoring skills A genuine passion for teaching and learner development Why join?
