We are working with a leading apprenticeship provider who is looking to appoint a Hairdressing and Barbering Coach to join their team in Taunton. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your industry experience into a rewarding teaching and mentoring role.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering high-quality, engaging Level 2 & 3 Hairdressing and Barbering apprenticeship training on-site in Taunton.
- Supporting and guiding learners through their apprenticeship journey from enrolment to EPA.
- Delivering practical sessions, providing feedback and assessment in line with qualification requirements.
- Ensuring learners remain on track and motivated throughout their programme.
What we’re looking for:
- Industry experience in Hairdressing and/or Barbering.
- Level 3 qualification in Hairdressing/Barbering (or equivalent).
- An assessor qualification (e.g. TAQA, A1, D32/33) or willingness to work towards one.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills.
- A genuine passion for teaching and learner development.
