Lead Clinician / Site Lead Location: Various Localities Full-time | Permanent Competitive Salary + Benefits We’re hiring an experienced Lead Clinician to join our dynamic Clinical & Wellbeing team. This is a senior role responsible for coordinating and delivering integrated, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-aware clinical services across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate clinical services based on EHCPs and individual needs Deliver staff training and therapeutic consultation Support local leadership and ensure high-quality, compliant care Line manage assigned clinical staff Promote proactive interventions and reduce crisis escalation What We’re Looking For Qualified and registered Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Counsellor, or Allied Health Professional Experience supporting children, young people, or adults with complex needs Skilled in evidence-based interventions and team leadership Strong communication, mentoring, and safeguarding knowledge Desirable Line management experience Additional leadership or clinical supervision training Apply Now To apply, please send your CV to Ankita.Singh@kts-group.co For more information, call +44 (0)20 8068 3052
