Exciting Management Opportunity for Dental Practice Manager in London! Join our team at Damira Dental Studios as a Practice Manager for our Ruislip location, with the potential to oversee our upcoming Cricklewood practice in London. **Job Title:** Practice Manager to start asap (progressing to a dual-site role starting November 2025) **Practice Address:** 33 Eastcote Rd, Ruislip, HA4 8BE **Practice Details for Ruislip:** – 3 surgery practice catering to NHS and private patients – Open 6 days a week – Operating hours: Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00, Sat 09:00-13:00 **Role & Responsibilities:** – Manage the team and support Dentists – Ensure clinical compliance and financial performance – Control costs and oversee staff and dentist pay processes – Ensure smooth practice operation in line with legal requirements and company policies **Key Essentials:** – Ability to travel to each practice within an hour – Previous clinical and people management experience – Practice Management background in Dentistry, including NHS – Flexibility in working hours and strong communication skills **Desirable Skills:** – Over 2 years of relevant dental practice and people management experience – Experience managing a P&L **Job Type:** Full-time, Permanent **Salary:** £35-38k (dependent on experience); salary adjustment upon taking on dual-site role in Cricklewood **Benefits:** Pension, holidays, Life Assurance **Start Date:** Immediate start, or flexible for the right candidate **Note:** Applicants must have the right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorships available.
