Responsibilities of Digital Manager:

  • Lead and execute the digital strategy across paid media, CRM, website, and social.
  • Own and grow our loyalty and CRM programmes – building engaging, high-converting customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with creative teams and external agencies to launch full-funnel campaigns.
  • Manage digital budgets and deliver performance insights that drive results.
  • Shape our SEO and content strategy to keep us discoverable, relevant, and exciting.
  • Optimise our digital platforms for customer experience and conversion.
  • Track performance with tools like GA4, GTM, and custom dashboards.
  • Keep us compliant with GDPR and on top of data hygiene.
  • Spot new tools and tech that elevate our digital game.

Ideal Digital Manager:

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing.
