Based in Lincoln, this is an office-based role with a basic salary of £35,000 up to £50,000 depending on experience, 38 days holidays, pension, various discounts plus ongoing training and career development.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly established solicitors firm seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team where you can develop your career within a supportive environment.
This role will suit either an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or a Legal Executive. The successful candidate will have a proven history in Commercial Property and a passion for delivering excellent service to a range of Commercial Property clients.
As a Commercial Property Solicitor / Legal Executive, you will have a professional and approachable demeanour along with an empathetic approach to dealing with clients. You will be proactive by nature, self-motivated with a drive to achieve excellent outcomes and adaptable to embrace new challenges and opportunities.
Candidate Skills:- You will be a Qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years plus post-qualification experience (PQE) working in Commercial Property.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislations.
- Proven ability to manage a caseload independently while also contributing to a collaborative legal team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
- Familiarity with legal technology and case management software.
- Able to supervise Paralegals and/or trainees as required.
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service to a diverse client base.
- Confident and personable.
