A well-established M&E hard services Contractor established for over 30 years has a key requirement for an experienced, enthusiastic and pro-active Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to sell service contracts into Large FM providers, Tier 1 contractors and End users. This is a field sales role and will be based from home.
The Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager will be:
- Developing relationships with senior buyers and commercial managers.
- Organising and attending strategic meetings with senior buyers, Contract and Project Managers.
- Developing new end-user customers, with some account management of existing clients.
- Liaising and negotiating with key stakeholders, purchasing managers and Contract and Project Managers.
To be successful as the Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager:
- Must be living in commuting distance to Birmingham.
- Must have proven sales experience within construction or selling service into large FM's, Tier 1 contractors and end users.
- Must have a proven record of Service Contract sales within the HVAC sector.
- Must have a full driving license.
The package includes up to £60k basic + company car/allowance + commission scheme.
