Supporting the Site Manager in the planning, development and delivery of energy or OHL projects. Ensuring that contractors are set to work accordingly and that the project is run safely and to programme.
A strong civils background is ideal, preferably in the OHL environment, working on haul roads, foundations & piling, or culverts. You need to have transmission experience at 132kV, 275kV or 400kV.
We have site offices in Paisley and Kincardine. It will be for a 6 months rolling contract with our client running until 2028. Day rate is inclusive of travel. Weekend working is for the normal rate.
We need:
- CSCS or safety passport equivalent
- SSSTS or SMSTS or EUSR Power
- NEBOSH General Certificate is desirable
- Transmission experience is key, so 132kV, 275kV or 400kV
- Degree or NVQ Level 5 or equivalent in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Full UK driving licence
You will be fully on site in this position. You will interface with the Site Team, the Client, Subcontractors and Suppliers. You will be managed by the Project Manager.
Would suit a Project Engineer, Operations Engineer, Site Manager or Site Supervisor.
