This is an excellent opportunity for a proven motor trade professional to step into a senior position within a reputable dealership, offering strong earning potential, stability, and a great working environment. The Role * Acting as a senior point of contact on the service desk * Managing customer bookings, vehicle handovers, and service updates * Supporting the service team and helping maintain high customer satisfaction levels * Working closely with the workshop to ensure smooth daily operations Package & Benefits * OTE up to £50,000 * Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm * 1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:00am – 12:30pm * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Main dealer environment with strong brand support The Ideal Candidate * Motor trade experience is essential * Experience as a Senior Service Advisor (or an experienced Service Advisor ready to step up) * Main dealer experience preferred * Kerridge / ADP experience beneficial * Strong customer service, organisation, and communication skills * Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced service department Interested?
