Are you a dynamic and strategic leader with a proven track record in project delivery and business management? We are seeking a Head of Projects to oversee large-scale, multi-disciplinary construction programmes and drive operational excellence.

Offering a comprehensive range of construction, property consultancy, and management services, they provide an integrated approach to project delivery. Acting as an extension to healthcare providers they have fostered productive relationships with clients built on collaboration, reliability and honesty.
The Role
As a senior professional, you will be responsible for financial performance, commercial strategy, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring projects achieve maximum value for clients and business growth. You will lead and manage the Project Management team, overseeing the delivery of a diverse portfolio of healthcare refurbishment and design and build projects.
- Strategic Leadership & Business Growth: Define and implement the overall project strategy in alignment with the consultancy's business goals. Overall responsibility for profit and loss of the project management service line. Provide strong leadership to a national team of project managers, ensuring consistency in execution. Maintain best practices, methodologies, and frameworks for project management.
- Commercial & Financial Acumen: Ensure profitable and sustainable project execution. Leading bids, contract negotiation, specifically on NHS frameworks.
- Stakeholder & Client Engagement: Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment with their objectives while increasing business value.
