We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across a range of courses. You will inspire and support learners to reach their full potential and achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, inclusive and effective lessons and assessments.
  • Support and guide learners through tutorials and target setting (eILPs).
  • Monitor and promote learner progress, behaviour and achievement.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external quality assurance processes.
  • Provide information, advice and guidance to prospective and current students.
  • Contribute to curriculum development, enhancement and employer engagement.
  • Attend meetings, CPD and performance reviews as required.
  • Promote and model the College's core values: Professional, Passionate, Collaborative, and FREDIE (Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement).

Requirements:

  • Recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards).
  • Up-to-date knowledge of subject/vocational area.
