We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across a range of courses. You will inspire and support learners to reach their full potential and achieve positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, inclusive and effective lessons and assessments.
- Support and guide learners through tutorials and target setting (eILPs).
- Monitor and promote learner progress, behaviour and achievement.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external quality assurance processes.
- Provide information, advice and guidance to prospective and current students.
- Contribute to curriculum development, enhancement and employer engagement.
- Attend meetings, CPD and performance reviews as required.
- Promote and model the College's core values: Professional, Passionate, Collaborative, and FREDIE (Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement).
Requirements:
- Recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards).
- Up-to-date knowledge of subject/vocational area.
