Freelance Site Manager – Office Fit-Out Needham Market, Suffolk £300.00/day. Ridgeway & Co are currently working with a fast-growing main contractor on an exciting office fit-out project in Needham Market. This contractor has a strong track record of delivering high-quality industrial and commercial schemes nationwide, so experience on industrial schemes as well as commercial fit-out is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations for a live fit-out project
- Manage subcontractors and ensure works are completed to spec and on programme
- Maintain site health & safety compliance
- Coordinate with the client, consultants, and wider delivery team
- Ensure quality control and snag management through to completion
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering office fit-outs and ideally industrial projects
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certifications
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the site
