One of the UK's largest privately owned Business Finance houses who are an Asset Finance top 50 company are looking to grow their Equipment & Asset Leasing team. They are looking for a Regional Account Manager to join their Vendor Finance Division.
As a Regional Account Manager, you will be:
- Responsible for the continuous management, growth and development of Vendor Driven Accounts.
- Identifying new business opportunities.
- Developing and implementing an effective business, marketing and sales plan in conjunction with the objectives of the Supplier Sales division.
- Developing Account Planning activities to maximise opportunities and/or increase share of wallet with existing and new accounts.
- Establishing effective working relationships with key internal staff, including administration teams (marketing, finance, underwriting, support etc).
- Ensuring all minimum standards are achieved for operational and credit criteria and implementation of fraud prevention measures to minimise operational and credit risk.
- Ensuring all lending and compliance processes are fulfilled.
What experience & skillset we're looking for:
- Experience within the Asset Finance industry in a similar role.
- A full UK driving license.
- Well-developed sales/networking and credit/finance skills.
- A clear ability to focus on sales targets and objectives and able to perform under pressure.
- A positive "can-do" attitude.
- Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively plan your own diary.
