Peopleforce Recruitment are excited to be supporting one of our long standing clients, a Global Healthcare company, in their search for a Sales Support Specialist. This role would be working full time from their Maidenhead site, on a 12 month contract at £14 per hour.
As a Sales Service Specialist, your responsibilities would include efficiently processing sales orders and handling telephone enquiries from both customers and sales representatives of the business. You must be an excellent communicator with ideally some experience in dealing with sales orders previously. Please be advised that this role will be based fully on site in Maidenhead.
Responsibilities- Process orders from customers, salespeople and engineers
- Enter orders into SAP in a timely manner
- Answer queries regarding deliveries, invoice pricing, product availability etc via telephone/email
- Communicating with other departments
- Understand customer issues through customer visits with salespeople or engineers
- Attend regular team meetings and input into team projects
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
- Able to work independently or as a team
- Proven experience using Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communicator via telephone and email
- Experience using SAP is desired
