Key Responsibilities:
- Support and Mentor Care Professionals
- Conduct reviews, spot checks, and training
- Assess and review Client care plans
- Ensure care meets Client needs
- Participate in the On-call rota
- Maintain care records and liaise with staff to ensure quality care

Role Overview:
As a Field Care Supervisor you’ll support and supervise a team of Care Professionals, ensuring exceptional care delivery. You’ll be responsible for Client reviews, Staff mentoring and Quality Assurance. Your leadership will ensure clients receive the highest level of care, and you’ll play an essential role in managing day-to-day services and participating in the On-Call rota.
