Finance Manager – Xero, Excel & Qualified Accountant Location: London (On-site) Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 DOE We’re hiring a Finance Manager who is qualified, hands-on, and tech-savvy — someone who doesn’t just keep the books clean, but knows how to optimise systems, automate workflows , and support growth across multiple venues. This is a practical, high-trust role where accuracy, clarity, and ownership are essential. What You’ll Own: Day-to-day finance ops across all entities in Xero P&L, VAT, payroll journals, reconciliations, and cashflow Weekly/monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting Process improvement, systems integration, and automation Close collaboration with operations and leadership What We’re Looking For: ACCA qualified Advanced Excel user (pivot tables, lookups, error tracing) Xero expert (multi-entity, reconciliations, reporting) Hospitality or multi-site finance experience preferred Experience automating reporting or integrating finance tools (e.g. POS, payroll, Pleo, Dext, ApprovalMax) Please do not apply if: You are not fully qualified (ACCA) You don’t have hands-on Xero experience You’re looking for a strategic-only role
