Overview We\’re seeking a Technical Senior Project and Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects and/or non-complex programs. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities Lead high-complexity technical projects and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Develop project plans, manage timelines, resources, budgets, and risks. Provide technical guidance and support throughout project lifecycles. Create and maintain project documentation in line with best practices. Mentor and guide project staff, including team leads and product owners. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage expectations. Drive continuous improvement and stay current on emerging technologies. Requirements 5+ years in Project or Program Management. Bachelor\’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong knowledge of technical project management and leadership practices. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
