What will you be doing as a Facilities & Office Manager?
- Overseeing the daily running of the office, ensuring everything operates efficiently
- Managing suppliers, contracts, and building maintenance
- Coordinating health & safety, risk assessments, and compliance
- Acting as the go-to person for internal office queries and support
- Managing post, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels
- Assisting with minor HR admin and IT liaison duties
- Supporting with reception duties
- Creating a welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike

- Previous experience in a facilities, office, or operations management role
- Strong organisational and communication skills

- A competitive salary of up to £32,000, depending on experience
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm (Full-Time, Office-Based)
- 22 days holiday + bank holidays + 5 extra days that are used for a full Christmas shut down! This also rises with service
