While we can’t solve mosquito bites or lost luggage, we can simplify a lot of the technical parts of travel, and we’re looking for the best thinkers to help us do it.
How you’ll make an impact: We are looking for you to take on Delivery Management for the ECS Financial Business Systems Portfolio, and drive user confidence and engagement. This role involves managing the day-to-day delivery of key Finance solutions and driving the evolution of these services to meet evolving business needs. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in managing Travelport's transformation of legacy financial systems to modern PaaS/SaaS solutions, a multi-year project prioritized for 2025.
Your role in action:
- Acting as the Functional Lead, and SME for Oracle EBS and EPM Fusion
- Leading stakeholder engagement within the global Finance team.
- Leading the offshore delivery team
- Working closely with Managed Service Providers and various internal technology services.
- Ensuring delivery of Finance solutions software, including Procurement, Accounts Payable, Expense Reporting, and more.
- Guiding the cultural adoption of best practices, compliance, thought leadership, and innovation in service delivery.
- Partnering with business and technology teams for aligned execution and delivery of work.
- Maintaining active engagement in industry and technology trends for continual improvement.
Could this be you? Proven track record in service delivery within a global, matrixed business environment. Strong experience in Oracle Operations Service Strategy and Oracle EBS and Oracle EPM Fusion modules. Proficiency in managing third-party Cloud Services and understanding various deployment models (Public, Hybrid, Private Cloud, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). Experience in managing global services using both internal and external providers. Knowledge of audits compliance (Sarbanes-Oxley, SOC, GDPR) and service lifecycle management. Ability to lead and manage teams effectively, fostering development and talent growth. Able to have the gravitas to engage with Senior Leadership; however, able to adapt to be a Team player with Delivery and Support resources.
