One of our clients is looking for an Electrically Biased Building Services Supervisor in London SW7. Previous experience in a Multi-Tenanted, Banking, or Hotel environment would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Converse with a wide range of building service systems and equipment.
- Maintain sound electrical and mechanical knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with current Health and Safety legislation relevant to safe working practices.
- Possess City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2 (Electrical Installation 2360) or recognized equivalent.
- Hold 17th/18th Edition Institute of Electrical Engineers (I.E.E) Registration.
- Complete an Electrical Apprenticeship within the building maintenance industry.
- Experience with maintenance duties including fault diagnosis and rectification.
- Experience in electrical aspects of general building PPM schedules.
- Supervise one other staff member.
- Manage contractors and issue permits.
- This is a hands-on role with administrative duties.
Working hours are 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday. Cover one weekend in four, 08:00-17:00, with two days off during the week. Position based within a hotel environment.
Compensation: £45,000 - £47,000 + up to 10% bonus linked to PPM schedule.
