Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a GEO/AEO/SEO Manager located in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some work-from-home flexibility. The GEO/AEO/SEO Manager will be responsible for leading strategy and execution for our clients across both classic SEO and cutting-edge AI visibility. You will play a critical role in shaping how our clients appear inside large language models (LLMs) — and ensure they\’re being represented accurately, authoritatively, and advantageously. This is a client-facing role for someone who loves both big-picture thinking and tactical execution, and who thrives at the intersection of content, search, and emerging tech.

Responsibilities

• Develop GEO strategies tailored to each client’s brand, goals, and industry.
• Audit how client brands are currently represented in LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.).
• Design content and knowledge strategies that influence LLMs’ understanding and output.
• Craft LLM-optimized content: FAQs, knowledge panels, press placements, high-authority citations, structured data.
• Report on progress and insights to clients regularly.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Execute foundational and advanced SEO strategies for clients, from keyword research to on-page optimization and link building.
• Collaborate with client content and dev teams to implement SEO best practices, resolve issues, and drive rankings.
• Use tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog to identify opportunities and track performance.

Research & Thought Leadership

• Stay up to date on how LLMs source, retrieve, and generate brand content.
• Monitor changes in AI search (ChatGPT plugins, AI overviews, RAG systems) and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Contribute to internal frameworks and insights to keep Reegen.ai ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in SEO or digital strategy, ideally in an agency or client-facing environment.
• Passion for AI and emerging tech, with 1+ years experimenting or working with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
• Strong experience creating or guiding high-quality content that ranks well and informs AI systems.
• Comfort managing multiple clients, priorities, and workstreams at once.
• Clear, confident communicator — both with clients and internally.

Nice to Have:

• Background in knowledge graph optimization or structured data (Schema.org).
• Experience working with AI tools, vector search, or prompt engineering.
• PR, digital comms, or link-building experience in high-authority media environments.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in conducting SEO Audits and performing Keyword Research
• Experience in developing and executing Link Building strategies
• Ability to analyze Web Analytics effectively
• Marketing experience, preferably with a focus on SEO and AI-driven strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor\’s degree minimum
