With a rapidly growing portfolio of Concur projects, we are expanding our expert team to meet increased client demand across multiple industries and regions.

Role Description

As an SAP Concur Consultant, you will lead and support the successful delivery of SAP Concur Expense and Invoice solutions. You will work closely with clients to define requirements, configure systems, and manage the full implementation lifecycle – delivering optimised, compliant, and user-friendly platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute full-cycle implementations of SAP Concur Expense and/or Invoice.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into solution designs.
• Configure SAP Concur modules to align with client policies, processes, and compliance needs.
• Support integration activities including file imports/exports, API-based interfaces, and ERP connections.
• Conduct testing, training, and deployment activities, ensuring smooth transitions to go-live.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate across time zones with distributed client and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with end-to-end SAP Concur Expense and/or Invoice implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge of travel, expense, and procure-to-pay processes.
• Technical proficiency in integrations, APIs, and experience supporting SAP integrations is desirable.
• Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment.
• SAP Concur certification (Expense and/or Invoice) is a strong advantage.
